Tania Williams, Esq., Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Tania Williams is the Managing Partner and Chief Litigation Officer for Williams & Moore LLP and advocates for families and children with developmental needs in administrative hearings and in court litigation. Tania began her career as a prosecutor handling misdemeanors and felonies for adults and juveniles in Orange and Osceola counties in Florida. During her time as a prosecutor, Tania saw that people with developmental needs were severely underserved by the system and often punished because of the system’s inability to account for the diverse needs of our population. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Tania became a civil litigator and gained experience with wrongful death, neglect and abuse claims against rehabilitation facilities and premises liability claims.
